Thank you so much for believing in us and helping us get into our first home. We couldn't have done it without you. We are so thankful to you and for all of your hard work.
Dear Maureen,
Thank you for your hard work and good detective work on our behalf-we are so grateful to you.

Maureen has helped us successfully buy or sell homes five times. Every experience has been seamless, effective and highly efficient. We were fully prepared, informed and supported. Maureen's perspective, good humor and professionalism have made every experience a good one.

Dear Ms. Lewis-
I am writing to tell you how very helpful your sales associate, Maureen Mason was to my mother and I. My mother had been in ill health and forced to move in with me on the east coast. Her California condo was up for sale and occupied by a hostile renter who had wanted to purchase the property, didn't qualify, and was now not only damaging the property but making it very difficult for he condo to be shown. My mother could not return to California to deal with the situation, and I could not leave her to handle it on her behalf.
Our attorney recommended Maureen to us, and we listed the home with her. She consistently showed the house, despite the attempts from the renter to make this impossible--other realtors would have been turned away by such obstacles, but Maureen continued to work on selling my mother's house. She was successful, and did not stop helping us once the offer was accepted. On our behalf, she followed through with all the inspections, and all the other requirements to close on the Carmel condo. She was able to make this happen without my mother or I being present.

Maureen never met us, but she treated my mother like she was her own mother, taking such good care of her affairs. We always felt she was professional, caring and diligent in how she handled the whole process. My only regret is that I took so long to write this letter of gratitude to commend Maureen Mason for the wonderful job she did for us.

Maureen has been our agent in the purchase of two homes on the Monterey Peninsula in 2008 and 2009. Her service was exceptional on both occasions. She is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market on the Monterey Peninsula and is well acquainted with the various unique neighborhoods. Her patience in working with us until we narrowed in on what we really wanted was appreciated. She was thorough in regard to all her responsibilities and tenacious in looking out for our best interests. Her honesty, straight forward approach and sense of humor were refreshing.

Maureen helped us buy a house in Pacific Grove in mid 2010. Her local insight and negotiating strategy got the deal done. We were most impressed by her communication with the seller. At each gate in the negotiation, she wrote the sellers a letter detailing where things stood, the pro's of our offer, and the market conditions for selling the house at a different price. The letter was thoughtful and professional and helped the sellers keep cool heads and, ultimately, accept our offer. In addition, she was excellent at maintaining the momentum of the deal, making sure it moved along at the right pace. She seems to have an internal clock that tells her what to do and when to do it. Her help continued after the sale, as she connected us with a contractor and property manager. Her contacts have been as good as she is. I recommend her without qualification.

We have no hesitation in recommending Maureen Mason as a realtor of the highest quality and integrity.
Maureen has acted on our behalf in three transactions (both buying and selling in Pacific Grove over the last 15 years.
Her forthright and confident style is based on an in-depth knowledge of both the local market and the "real estate" process.
Putting your real estate aspirations in the competent hands of Maureen Mason is the first step towards achieving your dream home on the Monterey peninsula.
We can say this because, with her help, we have.
